So as we round out 2024, I'm curious... What is everyone using in their homelabs to monitor the network stack? Is there one central control plane that can talk to pfSense, Cisco/MicroTik switches, various firewalls, etc?

I'm admittedly not the CCNP network engineer I once was 20 years ago, and would love to have some kind of NOC setup to just keep track of all the networking happening.

Hoping for some good suggestions!

PRTG is (and always has been) on the radar, but I've never truly seen some kind of networking "vCenter" universal control plane that can manage across vendor stacks. I love the Uptime package and looking forward to getting that running again, especially for alerting, but it seems I'm going to have to stick to native tools for now.
